We are currently seeking Food Expeditors (EXPOs) who are committed to providing consistently professional and courteous service, contributing to an outstanding guest experience. Food Expeditors play a vital role in the operational flow, acting as the primary point of contact between the kitchen and service teams, and responsible for the smooth flow of orders and efficient delivery of service. This includes facilitating seamless communication between waitstaff and chefs, and ensuring the highest standards of dish presentation and quality.
This position entails effectively communicating orders to the kitchen and meticulously preparing dishes for delivery. Your success will be evident through positive guest feedback, driven by the timely and accurate delivery of their meals.
GOALS
- To provide the highest quality service to guests at all times
- Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
- To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times
- To properly execute all necessary steps of service
- Respond positively to any requests.

Requirements
- Prior experience as food expeditor or similar role
- Works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Can work on weekends and holidays, and handle shifting work schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and able to follow direction
- Knowledge of food and beverage as well as a passion to cultivate this skill
- Displays a confident and professional appearance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- High school diploma preferred
