The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and direct sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling, and follow-ups.
- Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on territory sales and meet sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in direct sales.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify additional customer needs.
- Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
