The Housekeeper will be responsible for doing laundry, maintaining all cleanliness standards throughout cabins and ensuring the guests' needs are met. Our ideal candidate will be available to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Work with a sense of urgency to keep kitchen moving smoothly.
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
- Sort and stack clean dishes; carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Set up or break down dishwashing area.
- Clean and roll/unroll mats.
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
- Sweep/mop floors.
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
- Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
- Food prep as required.
- Bussing front-of-house.
- Other duties as directed.

Responsibilities
- Follow a given recipe and prepare various food items using different methods and kitchen equipment such as ovens, broilers, fryers and grills.
- Stock and manage assigned food station(s) and ensure quality of food served. Physically inspect all food sent from the kitchen and request food items and supplies that are needed.
- Understand and adhere to company's policies and processes, cooking methods, standard portion sizes, and kitchen rules and quality standards
- Ensure work station area, including shelves, tables, grills fryers, pasta, broilers, cookers convection oven, sauté burners, refrigeration equipment, and flat top range are kept cleaned and sanitized.
- Keep food servers informed of ticket times, and attend to orders from guests promptly and efficiently and with a friendly attitude
- Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products following local, state, federal, and company guidelines and procedures
- Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to the Chefs or Manager on Duty.
- Contribute to food safety through frequent hand-washing, completing food temperature checks, and following safety and sanitation practices.
- Ensure proper opening and closure of kitchen by following kitchen opening/closing checklists; also, help others to close the kitchen.
- Self-manage. Follow attendance policy, clock in/out appropriately, adhere to dress code, be proactive in accomplishing duties, adhere to Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning assignments and follow standard operating procedures to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned and well-presented at all times. Take appropriate action on problem areas.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost and found items to a supervisor.
- Care for floors to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing.
- Dust and polish furniture, décor, light fixtures, etc.
- Wipe down glass surfaces; keep windows clean and smudge free.
- Sort, wash, load and unload laundry; iron and press linens, as required.
- Use equipment and supplies correctly; have MSDS sheets available, and cleaning chemicals stored in a secure place.
- Provide housekeeping support for event and special program coordination and execution.
- Assist ranch guests with any request they may have or any issues that arise.
- Be knowledgeable about all products, services and events happening within the ranch.
- Self-manage: follow attendance policy, clock in/out appropriately, adhere to dress code, be proactive in accomplishing duties, adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- At least 2 years in a commercial housekeeping position, preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Responsible, dependable, punctual.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Must be able to maneuver fully loaded housekeeping equipment.
- Must be able to bend down and get on and off floor numerous times per day.
