We are seeking an Internet Sales Representative (BDC) to become an integral part of our team. You will identify sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to all online clients through email, phone, and text.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers' calls, emails, and online lead submissions, and establish follow-ups with sales appointments using a state-of-the-art CRM.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and emails using provided scripts and email/text templates to set appointments for in-dealership demonstrations.
- Provide clients with initial product information and have a thorough knowledge of offered products.
- Follow up with online inquiries that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show for set appointments.
- Utilize CRM tracking system effectively (Vin Solutions)
- Communicate with Sales Managers and Sales Team members.
- Network and build relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous high-volume outbound phone call experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
- Strong work ethic and competitive spirit.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive, hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
