Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Events/Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of private event operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
· Selling of events. Plan and manage event details such as decor, menu selections, entertainment, equipment.
· Coordinate event operations, including food and beverage service, set-up and breakdown, and guest management.
· Work closely with staff, including kitchen chef, servers and bartenders.
· Supervise banquet staff.
· Review and evaluate the success of the event and provide feedback for improvements.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in banquet management or a similar role.
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in Perfect Venu or similar events system preferred.
