Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Create a customer service driven culture that grows revenues.
- Provides leadership to staff while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great customer service where guests’ expectations are regularly exceeded.
- Train and develop employees on exceeding guidelines related to food quality and service excellence.
- Responds to guest concerns with the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Lead with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service;
- Produce high quality pizza & food orders based on Rosati's original recipes; and
- Ensuring high-quality menu items are complete, accurately and on-time.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
