About The Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring our stores are always running smoothly and providing a top-notch customer experience. This is a hands-on job where you’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate contractors, and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
Job Responsibilities
- Help oversee and support daily maintenance operations within the facilities department.
- Lead, supervise, and manage a small team of maintenance technicians.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training opportunities as needed.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and provide timely service to our stores.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of all building systems.
- Handle all maintenance repairs and tasks promptly and effectively.
- Guarantee that all store equipment and facilities are operating efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Create a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
- Collaborate with vendors, and oversee contractors to achieve quality results on projects.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations, safety standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, inventory of supplies, and track work completed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
Essential Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A current and valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.
- Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification (Core, Type I, II, and III)
- Journey level certification skill level preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, etc.)
- Proficiency using EMS software, and CMMS systems. Knowledge of Danfoss, CPC Controllers.
Work Schedule
- Be prepared for 30% travel to any store location in WA, OR, ID, and MT. Company van provided.
- Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues on occasion.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand, walk, and climb stairs or ladders.
- Work in various indoor and outdoor settings, with varying temperatures and noise levels.
