We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grader Clean-up Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in all grader and production areas at Rose Acre Farms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and machinery.
- Remove any debris or waste from the facility.
- Report any incidents of animal abuse or neglect to management immediately.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.
- Must be in good physical health, as working conditions require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Possess excellent teamwork skills.
- Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's employment policies, including working in a 100% smoke-free environment.
- Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.
