Description
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Swim Lessons in the overall organization and administration of the Swim Lessons Department. It is also responsible for creating and maintaining good customer relations and member retention with our patrons and for maintaining a safe environment for participants in our swim lesson programs.
Purpose of Job :
- To maintain and develop all aspects of existing swim lesson programs
- Manage an effective enrollment process
- Key focus on providing excellent customer service
- Assist in achieving financial targets
- Ensure that both the environment and instruction is safe and follows current curriculum

Anticipated Hourly rate :
Pay : $17.50-$19 DOE

Hours :
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center operates a year round swim lesson program. This is a part time position, working an average of 23-25 hours per week. Leave or vacation will be approved by the Director of Swim Lessons and will be at times which best reflect the demands of the Swim Lesson Department.

You must not utilize customer records for any purpose other than that directly relating to your duties. You will not be permitted to carry out any activity or use the facility for the purpose of private enterprise.
