About the Role

We are building a roster of Freelance UX Designers for future projects. We seek designers with proven expertise in conducting user and stakeholder research, competitive analysis, and product audits. You should excel at creating Information Architecture (IA), user experience, and content strategy recommendations. Bonus points for experience working with AI-integrated products or platforms.

Responsibilities

User-Centered Design : Lead the design of websites and mobile apps, delivering intuitive and seamless user experiences that align with business goals.
Research & Insights : Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
Information Architecture : Organize complex information into clear and user-friendly IA frameworks.
Prototyping & Testing : Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; iterate based on user feedback and testing results.
Stakeholder Engagement : Work with clients to define project goals and present design solutions that align with their objectives.
Iterative Design : Use data insights, stakeholder feedback, and A / B testing to refine designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to align designs with product requirements and ensure seamless execution.
AI Integration : Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and explore opportunities to integrate them into user experiences.
Technical Collaboration : Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and collaboratively solve technical challenges.

Who You Are

A passionate UX designer with at least four years of experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a commitment to solving problems with innovative and user-centered solutions.

Key Qualifications

Experience : 4 years in UX design with a robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Expertise : Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, content strategy, and usability testing.

Research-Driven : Proficient in conducting discovery and applying insights from user research and testing.

AI Familiarity : Interest in and basic understanding of AI platforms and tools, with a drive to integrate emerging technologies.

Design Tools : Expertise in Figma (or similar), FigJam, and Miro. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).

Technical Understanding : Familiarity with HTML / CSS and a basic understanding of front-end and back-end frameworks is an advantage.

Collaboration Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical teams and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and creativity to address complex challenges.

Continuous Improvement : Experience in iterative design processes, including A / B testing and data-driven improvements.

Curiosity : Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas relating to user experience, technology, and design.
