Responsibilities: Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism - Scheduling appointments and manage incoming calls with efficiency - Maintaining/filing records- Serve as a bridge between our clients and veterinary team, ensuring excellent communication and care - Balance a cash drawer/prepare bank deposits.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills - A friendly and positive attitude -Basic knowledge of all computer/office equipment -Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities- Customer service driven - Must be a team player - Veterinary experience is preferred.
Part-Time: Approximately 18-29 hrs per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 29 per week
