Job Description
***Only qualified Application Developer candidates located near the Rosemont, IL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in development fields
Required Skills:
• API development using .net Core
• Frontend development using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular
• More recent experience in front end development, using Azure
• Hands to keyboard, jump in and get stuff done.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage serverless computing and microservices architecture for App development
• Develop both frontend development, backend integration and hosting applications.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Azure applications.
• Build application with SSO using SAML, oAuth, OIDC and knowledge of Active Directory and other Identity management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, Cloud Engineers, architects, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support best practices for cloud application development, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Ensure all applications are highly available and multi-level DR is built into application planning and development.
• Build APIs and other forms of integrating across various applications using Azure Integration Services or similar tools.
• Offer technical expertise where required and support resident RCCB Applications.
• Represent the team with regards to Change Management and Change Board activities
• Document requirements, user stories, technical documents and training documents with.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft tools, Azure technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
