Job Description
Purpose of the Role
This role involves continuous improvement engineering to reduce battery cell & module defects caused by contamination. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality engineering in an automotive manufacturing environment and proficiency in MS-office and Minitab programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect particles and analyze their composition using various equipment
- Resolve and reduce non-conformities created by production or equipment
- Provide direct member training on DSM and critical points
- Implement particle elimination strategies, including air blowers, suction units, magnetic bars, and particle suction
