Job Description
- Only qualified Customer Account Specialist candidates located near the Richmond, VA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Required Education :

Must have customer-facing experience (in person or phone) : 2 years or moreMust have strong computer skills (Microsoft office, video conferencing, etc.)Must be able to multi-task between activities and screens during customer interactionsExperience working with the public where the customer experience is the main focusPreferred skills :
Bi-lingual is wonderful, but not requiredPreferred Years of Experience :

Working as a part of the Customer Account Management team candidates will assist the company’s residential customers with basic to complex residential inquiriesHigh bill inquiries, support / assistance to resolve customer inquiries, performs billing reconciliation through analysis and reconciliation to resolve the customer’s needs, and provides detailed explanations / applications of electric rates to customersClient is looking for someone with experience in customer service with a drive and desire to become an established member of the team and who wants to advance and succeed as a part of client’s Customer Account Management team for years to comeCandidates should expect this position to help them grow and advance as a part of a team and be able to work independently as neededOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
