Position''s Contribution to Work Group :
Processes I-9s and new hire paperwork
Schedules and conducts exit interviews for voluntary resignations
Handles employee walk-up, IT questions, and Workday questions
Manages timekeeping functions and employee personnel files
Manages uniform orders and replacements
Manages safety shoe truck program and manages eligible employee list
Manages reimbursements for safety shoes and glasses
Assists with all employee recognition activities
May own special HR projects related to employee engagement and retention, including but not limited to the new hire Guardian program and monthly employee focus groups
MUST BE ONSITE -Interacts with employees in the capacities above
Assists with facility communications (PowerPoint presentations, social media, etc)
Can be remote on Friday (can work 4 / 10''s but has to work on some Fridays)
Some flexibility around core hours
