About the Role:
The HR Generalist at Inter Technologies Corporation will be an integral part of supporting and executing key initiatives within the Human Resources and Legal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company-wide communications, including newsletters and announcements, to keep employees informed and connected with organizational developments.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives tailored to field, remote, and local employees, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing workplace culture.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of virtual and in-person training programs to support smooth onboarding and continuous employee development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations by assisting in policy and procedure creation, documentation, and implementation.
- Provide guidance and support for HR-related inquiries, offering effective problem-solving solutions and conflict resolution.
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Support employees with benefit selection, including managing Open Enrollment processes and employee communications regarding benefit options.
- Maintain accurate documentation and systematic maintenance of employee and HR-related records.
- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional tasks and special projects as assigned, maintaining a commitment to continuous professional growth and improvement.
