HVAC Technician Lead
Rose International is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician Lead to oversee and manage our HVAC maintenance program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and occasionally perform tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial work
- Manage multiple vendors responsible for maintaining facility elements (mechanical, HVAC, landscaping)
- Serve as the point of contact for HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire alarm calls
- Identify additional maintenance needs at properties and partner with vendors involving work orders and accountability
Requirements:
- Certified HVAC technician with 3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose the root cause of equipment malfunctions and find effective solutions
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
