Required education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience :
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain system accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies during daily order processing.
Manage the processing of rejected, expired, and short-dated products.
Handle materials designated for destruction, rework, or quarantine in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support Quality and Manufacturing teams with the processing and disposition of these materials.
Resolve orders on hold due to inventory status issues.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory to meet operational needs.
Use company systems and software for inventory tracking, order resolution, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and other computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
