HYBRID– Once a week (May increase per policy up to 1-4 days a week). According to the Hiring Manager this is a Hybrid role as they are starting to come back into the office 3 days a week.
A Client standard laptop will be provided.
Develop People Capabilities :
- Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing Client roles
- Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps
- Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with Client work roles
- Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level
- Develop a People Capability Catalog Interface :
- Lead developers in building an individual dashboard for managing NICE Framework KSTs.
- Lead developers in building a leadership dashboard for managing people capabilities and mentoring workers.
- Integrate with Existing Human Capital Management :
- Integrate with a badging system to recognize development and accomplishments.
- Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors for automation and alignment with the wider Human Resources programs.
- Integrate with existing recruitment, training, and retention programs
