Engagement Marketing Lead - Marketing Consultant - Authorized User Communications
Qualifications
As the Engagement Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the email marketing strategy and implementation for engagement marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be focused on setting up the email marketing strategy, cadence, personalization, creative development, and delivery.
You will partner with the Customer Management strategy lead and other team members, including a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas, such as the email channel team, Sales Force Marketing Cloud build team, and digital product and operations teams to ensure flawless end-to-end execution and a successful launch.
Core Responsibilities
Serving as the engagement marketing strategist driving best-in-class customer experiences and a successful launch, the following responsibilities are key to the role :
o Product and Marketing Strategy team
o Email Channel team and Operations
o Agencies for creative development and execution
o Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting
