What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Rose International?
Description :
Role will support the client Live Operations team across various tasks including review and auditing of the Case Break category as well as general support.
Case Break program auditing :
Review and spot check of client Case Break listings
Review of client Live Case Break events
Review and enforcement of policy
Deep understanding of Case Break and Trading card hobby
Operations Coordinator support :
Process coordination across program management, incentives, and onboarding
Managing administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating communication between teams
