Position Overview :
Client’s Patient and Family Outreach team is seeking a contractor for a Patient and Family Coordinator role. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Patient and Family Outreach team’s daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow of patient compliance, cultivation, and integration tasks.
Job Details :
Manage internal communications related to patient asset management and patient compliance
Participate in operational functions that will ensure patient asset and interaction compliance
Provide Patient All Call event coordination and support
Collaborate with leadership to ensure proper documentation and record management in the HIPAA compliant patient database
Manage travel arrangements and check reimbursements for patient integration travel
Perform database hygiene to improve data accuracy
