Required Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in managing programs or projects, including planning, execution, and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, coordinate with stakeholders, and document program updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in using applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage workflows, analyze data, and create presentations.
• Self-Starter with Adaptability: Demonstrates initiative, can work independently, and thrives in ambiguous situations by taking ownership and driving progress with minimal supervision after onboarding.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in program management, tracking, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Experience: While not required, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is beneficial. Our client is willing to provide training, recognizing that prior Salesforce experience may not always directly translate to their specific usage. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical proficiency with strong communication skills and a self-driven, adaptable mindset.
• Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry is highly preferred, along with experience working in a large/matrixed corporate environment.
• SharePoint, Jira skills.
Responsibilities:
• Address questions or updates from sales, account management, or other departments related to program offerings.
• Collaborate with the product team and marketing assistants/coordinators to discuss weekly plans, program goals, and immediate priorities.
• Coordinate with the co-manager to review workflows, address challenges, and align on tasks for the day.
• Work with Sales and Account Management Teams to provide program updates, assist with navigating rebate opportunities, and answer questions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Work with Engineering and Regulatory Teams to discuss program compliance, technical aspects, or regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings with partner organizations to maintain alignment on shared goals or projects.
• Support the marketing communications team in developing or reviewing program materials and collateral.
• Ensure that program workflows are on track and address any immediate roadblocks with internal or external teams.
• Customer and Stakeholder Support: Address inquiries or issues raised by customers or account managers related to rebate programs or offerings.
• Assist in identifying optimal program solutions for specific customer needs in collaboration with the Business Solutions Center.
• Reporting and Strategy: Review progress on program initiatives or metrics with the co-manager. Contribute to planning for future activities, ensuring alignment with broader program goals.
• Dynamic Nature of the Role: While there’s a basic structure to the day, the role requires adaptability as priorities shift based on customer needs, team inquiries, or project deadlines.
• This flexibility ensures that all aspects of the energy efficiency programs are running smoothly, and stakeholders are supported effectively.
