Job Description

***Only qualified Project Coordinator candidates located near the El Segundo, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have Workfront system management experience

• Ability to translate needs assessment to transfer them to system requirements

• Project management capabilities

• Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional internal and external partners

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bynder repository system management experience is a plus

Looking for a Project Coordinator with a strong background in Workfront system management, which is a must-have skill, and experience with the Bynder repository system, which would be a plus.

Project Coordinator - Workfront System Management - Retail Marketing Responsibilities:

• Provides system coordination support for Retail Marketing

• Ensures that each project is appearing on our dashboard and flowing through to our internal creative team, to the creative development agencies and to our financial system via the Workfront Project Management system

• Manages task completions and overall project completions for all Retail Marketing projects in the Workfront Project Management system

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Bynder repository system for Retail Marketing including cross-functional, internal and external partner inputs and requirements

• Engage with Workfront internal lead team to identify, implement and maintain enhancements for Retail Marketing
