Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Shift and Work Schedule: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Employment Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour.

This role is part of a busy department that produces live deals, pitch books, and custom design materials for high-profile investment banking transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Produce a variety of marketing materials using MS Office and Adobe applications to an advanced level.
• Assist with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials, including motion graphics.
• Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations.
• Ensure all materials produced are correctly branded as per Client's standards and advise clients on the use of the Client brand.
• Liaise directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions, and design requirements.
• Complete related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes.
• Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks.
• Buddy new starters post-training.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard graphic design applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional).
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Readiness to follow processes, policies, and procedures.
• Creativity and strong understanding of fundamental principles of graphic design and layout.

Salary : $30 - $35
