Job Description
Required Education:
• MBA or Master’s degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a technical or enterprise project management lead role
• Strong and clear communication skills are a must, with the ability to be assertive
• Data-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development, and analysis
• Experience working closely with IT Project managers and development teams
• Ability to put together senior management presentations with clarity and precise data points
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio, and Project
• Strong analytical and writing skills, including solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
• Ability to focus on high-quality work while under pressure
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience relevant in Enterprise Pricing and Calendar Technology domains is not required but preferred.
The Pricing & Calendar Technology Project Management team is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The team works in close partnership with business analysts and technology teams to manage critical milestones and deliverables. The PM team is also responsible for client engagement – working with our business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure project updates are clearly communicated.
Job Duties:
• Management of IT and Reference Data projects across Pricing and Calendar Technology teams
• Management of client communication across key business and technology partners, establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, providing a point of contact on project status and updates
• Support execution and deliverables under tight timelines in coordination with Business Analysis and Engineering teams
• Create and manage project plans across complex functional teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budget
• Collect requirements and structure information, system flows, and current state dependencies
• Work across Operations, Production Support, Risk & Control, and Technology teams to address business problems
