Our small but fast-paced law firm is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee office administration, business strategy, HR, and bookkeeping.

More on the Role and Responsibilities:
- People Operations, HR, and Benefits – Oversee employees and manage day-to-day HR needs including administering benefits, conducting evaluations, overseeing training, and making sure handbook policies are implemented correctly.
- Office & Vendor Management – Keep the firm running smoothly by coordinating with vendors and implementing best practices.
- Strategic Planning & Process Improvement – Develop and implement automations and workflows to increase efficiency, track KPIs, and benchmark performance.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting – Oversee financial records, budgets, and QuickBooks.
- Tech & Systems Management – Lead software upgrades, Office 365 management, and tech automation and implementations.
- Leadership & Motivation – Foster a collaborative culture and motivate our high performing team.
