SCOPE : Team member of manpower force required to perform, by direction, all necessary work assignments related to local commercial and/or residential moves for customers of Rose Moving & Storage, Inc.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work requirements:
· Ability to follow direction of supervisor in performance of assigned task related to commercial project and/or residential moves.
· Handle equipment and customer goods with care and consideration of project strategies and site conditions.
· Perform work to the degree set forth by supervisor and according to individual experience and familiarity with move strategies.
Generally, this position constitutes the manpower requirements to successfully carry out the services of this organization.
Experience levels of this position vary widely in degrees of ability and knowledge of move strategies and project requirements. It is therefore, not unusual to be assigned by the project supervisor to carry out detail of a self-supervised nature.
· Ability to perform tasks which requires physical agility.

· Workboots are required
· Personable and presentable manner, as direct client contact is often evident.
· Capable of following direction.
· Mechanically inclined.
· Ability to operate tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
· Dependable transportation.
· 40 - 50 hour workweek, overtime as needed, and available to work weekends.
· Work occurs indoors and outdoors in both winter and summer regardless of weather conditions.
- This is a seasonal/temporary position for the summer months through Labor Day
