Role Description
Rose Rock is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role will serve to elevate our brand and engage with the community by contributing to marketing campaigns, researching business development opportunities, preparing proposals/ qualifications/presentations, and being responsible for various other marketing related tasks to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role will be working under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director and pay will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
- Prepare proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations to support business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create and manage marketing content, including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to build relationships and expand brand presence.
- Track and manage company memberships, sponsorships, and affiliations, coordinating related advertisements and promotional opportunities.
- Assist with mass marketing efforts including website management, email campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing tactics, including SEO, and online advertising, to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Manage and maintain the company’s mailing list database to ensure efficient and targeted communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing) is a plu
