Rose Senior Living - Farmington Hills is recruiting for a hospitality focused Accounting/Business Office Associate to join our team!
This position starts at 20 hours per week, with the expectation to grow into a full-time role within 4-10 months. The ideal candidate would be available to work Mondays, and management is flexible with scheduling the remaining days and hours.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Accounting/Business Office Associate:
- Assists with preparation and monitors all monthly billing and collection processes utilizing established policies, procedures and tracking systems.
- Assists with processing of invoices on a weekly basis.
- Assists with posting of rent checks.
- Interfaces with residents on billing/collection issues. Assists with benefits, payroll, and credit card reconciliation.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Yardi experience preferred.
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to multi-task, balance team and individual responsibilities, and respond promptly to resident and visitor needs.
