Job Description: We are seeking a production employee for Fabrication Dept:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: per hour DOE / DOQ

Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

• Produce parts for cabinet construction.

• Process work orders to cut, sand, and manufacture wood cabinet parts.

• Perform routine operator preventative maintenance.

• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.

• Basic knowledge of measurement and basic tools.

• Construction understanding basics.

• Basic fabrication.

• Ability to prioritize repairs.

• Ability to complete a tasks on time and multi-task

• Ability to learn and train others.

• Attention to detail

• Productive

• Familiar with LEAN, 5S and other initiatives is a plus.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, production, or other related fields.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.

• Ability to manage physical workload.

• Understanding manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment.

• Must be familiar with normal shop equipment such as drill press, saws, nail guns, clamps, portable tools.

• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self-motivator and positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a team environment. Works well with others.

• Ability to workday shift.

• M - F - 6am - 2:30 pm

• Ability to work based on the needs of the business.

• Ability to manage physical workload.

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• 2-year Technical degree desired but not necessary.
