Position Purpose: Our mission is to provide help, hope and recovery to children, youth, adults, and families. We are seeking a licensed therapist to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide individual, group, and family behavioral health services. This position is located at our office in La Grange IL working with clients in a behavioral health outpatient setting. Job Requirements: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field LPC, LSW required; LCPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred CADC preferred Schedule: 8-hour shifts or part time hours Shift: Monday - Friday Flexible. Required at least 3 afternoon-evening shifts per week. 4 Ten hour shifts available as well. Part time hours available as well. Pay: Based on education, experience, and credentials Starting Pay: LSW/LPC/AMFT - $36.17 per hour, $75,233.60 annually (pay flexible based on education and experience) Higher pay available for fully Licensed candidates. Additional Pay Available $.50/hr. with CADC certification Financial incentive for hours exceeding identified, predetermined standard each month Shift differentials: Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours Majority of hours between 3pm and 11pm: $1/hr. Work Location: Rosecrance LaGrange IL Preferred Qualifications: Experience in behavioral health treatment Able to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients Essential Responsibilities: Undertake primary counselor responsibilities for designated patients. Conduct assessments, individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for patients and/or family members. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, therapeutic passes, and discharge plans). Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, employees and community groups. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
