Position Purpose :
Participate as a team member in the delivery of substance-use disorder services to clients and their families. Facilitate the issues of recovery into client’s daily living situations. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements :
- Masters in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field preferred Bachelor's required,
- LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred,
- Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC) within 2 years of employment in substance used disorder services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Computer proficiency required,
- Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record,
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames
- Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling,
- Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources,
- Self-starter with ability to work independently,
- Ability to work within a team,
- Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Essential Responsibilities :
Schedule : 8-hour or 10-hours shifts (candidate's choice)
Work Location : Rosecrance Walnut – Champaign, IL
Pay : Based on education, experience, and credentials
50,835 per year
50 / hr. with CADC certification
Shift differentials : Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours
