Position Purpose : Provide and monitor continuity of residential services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of substance use disorder treatment services to clients and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field. Master Degree in licensable degree program strongly preferred.
- Previous working experience in behavioral health program required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements.
Essential Responsibilities :
1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
2. Supervise the Addiction Counselors, Unit Staff, and other assigned team members including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and / or feedback, scheduled evaluations and disciplinary interventions as required.
3. Prepare staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage of unit at all times.
4. Assume responsibility for the physical maintenance of the unit and request necessary repairs or services from the Administrator or Maintenance Supervisor.
5. Participate in the Performance Improvement and Utilization Review process and serve on committees as directed.
6. Monitor and ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
7. Consult with leadership to develop policies, goals, objectives and procedures for the Inpatient Unit.
8. Serve as a member of the Administrative Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
9. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
11. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
12. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay : Bachelor's level $23.90 / Master's $27.68
