In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining and further developing our HR systems. Initially, this position will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain personnel records to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the management of full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, applications, career pages, and interview coordination
- Oversee new hire onboarding, including processing paperwork and ensuring timely completion of background checks
- Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies and growing a strong culture.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency, including compensation, benefits, insurance, and general deductions
- Coordinate benefits administration, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
