What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting/Administrative Assistant position at Rosehill Gardens?
Rosehill Gardens, a premier landscape company beautifying Kansas City for over 100 years, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant with accounting experience.
This is a part-time, year round position. Hours are TBD
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with Accounts Payable tasks
- Assist with Human Resources as need
- Act as payroll back-up
- Provide administrative support for department staff
- Provide excellent customer service with prompt responses to customers questions; both internal and external
Qualifications needed:
- Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office
- Some accounting experience
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- A willingness to work with many account managers and designers
- The ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office environment
