Roseman Law, APC is a fast paced, energetic, forward thinking, growing California Real Estate/Business law firm whose practice focuses on real estate/business disputes, and construction law/defect, with an emphasis on common interest developments. The firm is seeking a motivated attorney with litigation experience. Hiring for any of our offices in Woodland Hills, Orange County, San Diego, or Coachella Valley. The firm prides itself on balancing a strong work ethic and client service with family life. Hybrid workplace option available. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to handle all phases of litigation, including court appearances, discovery, mediation, and trial support. Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills, demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize workload and assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
Review transactional documents and contracts, as well as other general corporate legal matters. Manage, organize and track business entities; prepare formation documents, including operating agreements and resolutions; Prepare and monitor annual minutes to ensure compliance and prepare drafts of the same. Review governing documents for common interest developments and assist in preparing and/or revising the same – Minimum two to five years of experience. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and to manage time to meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines. Must be a team player.
