Founded in Henderson, Nevada, in 1999 with a College of Pharmacy, RUHS has experienced phenomenal growth and has expanded to include a College of Nursing (2006), a College of Dental Medicine (2007), and a College of Medicine (in development). As a non-profit organization, we make a meaningful impact in our community as we work together to educate healthcare providers. 

The Roseman University College of Medicine (RUCOM) is building a team of experienced, innovative administrators, staff, and faculty who will contribute to the development and delivery of a unique medical education curriculum that will prepare our graduates for the rapidly changing practice of medicine. 

Our signature curricular program, GENESIS uses a household-centered care approach that addresses the challenge of effectively merging health services and social services in a way that will truly improve the health of high-risk patient populations.

What We Are Looking For

The Clerkship Coordinator works in a team environment to coordinate all aspects of the daily operations of the clerkship program so that medical students can complete their medical rotations. The clerkships consist of medical students rotating through various clinical settings with affiliates in medical centers/community environments under the supervision of Roseman University College of Medicine's (RUCOM) clinical faculty. The Clerkship Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the clerkship; participates in long-range planning and development of the program; manages and coordinates student placement; and provides analytical and programmatic support to the Associate Dean of Clinical Education and the Clerkship Directors. This position reports to the Director of Medical Education.
