The LNAC or RNAC is responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective. QUALIFICATIONS OF R / LNAC :
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN or LPN)
- Current / active license for Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
- MDS coordinator certification
- Clinical Experience in a nursing facility
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
