Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest accounts during check-in. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Greet and register guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Provide guests with information about the center's amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate guest records, payment transactions, and follow policies.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
