Summary:
The Room Service Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for managing all aspects of the In-Room Dining/Room Service operation to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction and superior service based on the Company Standards This position involves handling guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, controlling the budget, and recruiting and training staff according to Company Standards
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the In-Room Dining/Room Service operation to meet and exceed guest expectations and Company Standards
- Ensure prompt and courteous service delivery to guests in their rooms, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control the budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality service
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to adhere to the Company Standards, providing guidance and support to maintain service excellence
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the shift to oversee room service operations effectively
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the room service department
Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous F&B experience required
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
