Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts with a focus on brand awareness, filling hard-to-fill positions, and ensuring a seamless interview process. This role requires creativity, innovation, and expertise in multi-media content creation to help attract top hospitality talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, storytelling, and delivering outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:- Identify and recruit top hospitality talent for a variety of roles, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Support hiring managers in the hiring process for key leadership roles, including conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and participating in interview panels with hiring managers.
- Focus in identifying and sourcing “Internal Talent” for management and leadership roles.
- Take ownership of job description development, talent sourcing, recruitment report analysis, and weekly tracking of recruitment metrics.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to enhance employer branding across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Craft engaging content highlighting the hotel’s culture, team achievements, and career opportunities.
- Monitor recruitment marketing performance and suggest improvements based on data analytics.
- Ensure a structured and professional interview process that reflects the hotel’s values.
- Assist leadership in standardizing interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and propose creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.

Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, or related HR roles.
- Exposure to multi-media content creation and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and hiring teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience
