What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server In Room Dining position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards through prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Ensure proper presentation of VIP and other guest amenities; accurately close guest checks and coordinate table/tray pick-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver room service orders accurately
- Set up and present food and beverage items neatly
- Ensure guest satisfaction with room service experience
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously
- Process guest payments efficiently
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
Experience/Qualifications:
- One year of server experience is required.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
