What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Lobby Bar position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service by greeting patrons entering the establishment, preparing and serving drinks as ordered, accepting payment, and delivering it to the cash counter Stock service areas, clean tables, and counters, and ensure customers are satisfied based on Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patrons and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve drinks as requested
- Accept payment and process transactions
- Clean and sanitize tables and counters
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
