This 100 seat restaurant will feature an expansive bar program and private event space, bringing a fresh and innovative dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to delegate effectively and lead a large team of managers, ensuring smooth operations and a cohesive leadership structure
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Staffing
- Build and lead a talented team in preparation for the Summer 2025 launch
- Develop career pathways for internal growth and identify seasoned professionals for leadership roles
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and a positive work-life balance
- Cultivate relationships within the hospitality industry to attract top-tier talent
Training & Development
- Design and execute a robust training program for both management and hourly staff
- Foster a culture of mentorship, encouraging innovation and leadership within the team
- Continuously refine training programs to align with company offerings and values
Financial Performance
- Leverage the bar program and private event space to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate on reservation management to optimize guest experience and revenue potential

Qualifications
