Job Summary
The Service Business Development Coordinator will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Proactively build out prospecting network
- Log all activity in a CRM
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Team player with collaborative attitude
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
