JOB SUMMARY
Rosen’s Diversified, Inc. is searching for our new Business Systems Analyst to join the rapidly growing Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI. As a crucial member of the IT Team, you will find yourself challenged and contributing in a significant way to the success of the business. This role is perfect for a professional who evaluates business processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and designs technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that both sides understand each other’s needs and constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Translate and document conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/technical teams (functional specifications).
- Partner with peers and technical teams to establish to-be solution design options with recommendations and participating in the best approach to pilot and deploy solutions.
- Obtain approval as needed for design options to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate and participate in testing including testing readiness, test plan and test case development, test execution, and defect oversight.
- Adhere to RDI change control and SDLC processes.
- Assist in end user training and post go live support as required.
- Assist with providing estimates for the initial intake of enhancements and projects.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the QA of purchased or internally developed solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
- Assist in developing strong business cases to be used as input for project charters and other business decisions as required.
- Participate in conducting research on software and hardware products to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree College Diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
- 5 years of hands-on Infor M3 experience preferred.
- Infor M3 certification(s) preferred.
- Experience in food and beverage or process manufacturing industry.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility in a constantly fast-evolving environment.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.

- Critical thinking skills including, logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently on multiple deadlines ensuring high quality deliverables while managing shifting responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor message to appropriate audience.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements to business teams and technology teams.
- Ability to understand and communicate technology fundamentals to business teams.
- Organized, with a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment.
- All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face-to-face work with colleagues onsite in corporate office located in Green Bay, WI.
