Rosenberg & Gluck LLP is looking for an energetic self-starter with a positive attitude to serve as a legal assistant in our client intake department. Must have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.
This is a full-time position, which is located at our Holtsville, NY, office, with some potential to work remotely. As a legal assistant in our intake department, you will be responsible for the following:
- Extensive client communication and customer service for inbound and outbound calls
- Developing relationships with potential clients through the intake process
- Gathering initial case information to help the Firm evaluate the case merits
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- 1 years of paralegal experience in a law office setting preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
