What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Cell Operator position at Rosenboom Machine & Tool Inc?
Hours are 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday- Thursday
Training will take place on 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tend to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metal work pieces to specifications on production basis.
- Read blueprint or job order for product specifications, such as, dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions, such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determines sequence of operations.
- Select, position, and secure tool in tool holder (chuck, collet, or tool post).
- Identify (including nonconforming dimensions) and separate all nonconforming parts.
$2,600 Sign on Bonus
