Our San Luis Obispo, California team primary focuses on developing both software and hardware for prototype sensors used in non-destructive testing. This involves programming near hardware-software interfaces, developing or modifying embedded device drivers on Linux and other embedded kernels, implementing signal processing algorithms, implementing hardware abstraction layers, interfacing with FPGAs, and targeting resource-constrained processors. Our Columbus, Ohio Software and Data Science team works with large data, developing machine learning models to deliver high quality solutions to our partners.

Location :

In this role, you’ll play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law.

This position is a temporary part or full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Input accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills

• At least 2 years’ of Accounting experience
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Analytical skills
